“It was an utter flop thing which i ever experienced”

I disliked everything about this booking: the room had only one dim light, the other lights were broken, the fan was dusty, the air conditioning sprayed water, and the bed was infested with bed bugs—I think a roadside option would have been better. When I told the property, they acted as if these issues were complimentary, especially the bed bugs, claiming they were provided as a free perk. The staff’s negative attitude never resolved any problem I faced.

The property’s location is fine. The experience was very disappointing. The room shown in the booking photos appeared spacious, bright, and comfortable, but the actual room we received was completely different—extremely small, poorly lit, and not like the advertised photos. It was so cramped that even standing and getting ready comfortably was difficult, with barely any extra space to move around. Overall, the room felt very uncomfortable and far smaller than expected. I booked based on the photos and expected a better experience, but the reality was a major let‑down. Check the actual room size and conditions carefully before booking.

A very good experience. The hotel was very clean and the staff were also very friendly.

The paint in the room hadn’t dried yet, but it’s a nice, budget‑friendly room. The AC standard double room costs only ₹1,238 for 24 hours. Near TVM Railway Station, Royal Inn is the only place I found offering an AC room with good facilities at such an affordable price. Thank you!
