The room is large and spacious and the location is nice in the forest. In our room it smelled very musty, which was very disturbing. The house is very noisy. The reception was very impersonal.

It’s close to Volcán. The place is not clean; towels and bedding were uncomfortable, and during the four‑day stay there was never any replacement or cleaning.

The location is great for the volcanoes. It was quite humid, which the host also points out.

It’s near the restaurants and the front yard is beautiful.

It’s in the middle of the forest but only 5 min from the main road. The self‑check‑in was easy and our room was very large. The style is a bit old‑fashioned; something could use a remodel.
