Đồ ăn ngon, tắm khoáng thư giãn, cây cối xanh mát. Khâu vệ sinh phòng ở chưa thực sự tốt, vẫn còn rác và bụi bẩn

The room was pretty nice, and the mineral bath and sauna were solid. I liked watching fish at the entrance of the mineral bath area. Too many mosquitoes, though. The pool next to the villa wasn’t cleaned and the dry pool was unusable. Pool number 2 had a lot of slippery algae that made it easy to slip. The staff didn’t help reset the bed when they had put it in the wrong room. The facilities are still unfinished and under repair in several spots, so it doesn’t look great yet (the gym, etc.). The smell from the boat trips was really strong.

The resort should separate the long‑stay guests from the day‑ticket buyers; letting day‑ticket groups use the pool makes the long‑stay guests noisy. The resort is still under construction, which is a shame because the mountain‑wall pool area is the most beautiful. The onsen is currently overcrowded with day‑ticket buyers and noisy. Villa 1 is newly built and not as pretty as villas 8‑9.

The room was luxurious. The price was a bit high and the food was over the top.
