I stayed in a restored traditional house right in the old town, and the spot was spot‑on. The place offered great value, was very quiet, and the room was clean and modern. They even threw in a free bottle of mineral water. No complaints.

This hotel sits right in the heart of Ohrid’s old town and the historic building is gorgeous, spotless, and well‑equipped, including air‑conditioning for hot summers. I would highly recommend staying here.

“Good for short stay”

The location was ideal for the old town and the restaurant. The room felt a bit dated but was clean enough, and the small air‑conditioner helped a lot. The Wi‑Fi was fast enough. The owner handed me a cold, large bottle of water, which was a nice touch. Even though my estimated check‑in time was confirmed ahead of time, no one was there; the owner arrived a few minutes after I called.

The staff welcomed me with a warm smile and the building itself is a UNESCO world heritage site, perfectly positioned in Ohrid’s centre. The value for money was outstanding compared to nearby countries. The air‑conditioning unit wasn’t perfect, but given the historic setting it was understandable; the fan kept me cool enough.

The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, the décor was antique, the location was superb, the air‑conditioning comfortable, and the bedroom had a decent size. The check‑in process was a bit confusing (my fault, I admit), and the key was hard to unlock.
