The sauna was great and the location right next to a fitness center plus a 10‑minute walk into Herrenberg’s old town was perfect. Everything else was fine.

The room was clean and decent, and the little touches like the bed, water bowl, and dog snacks were appreciated. The village center was a short stroll away. Breakfast was okay, but most items weren’t freshly made on the premises.

The chairs in the room and in the restaurant were worn out, yet the hotel was otherwise nice and clean with a good breakfast, friendly staff, and spacious rooms. I still think the price is too high for what’s offered.

Breakfast was acceptable, and I liked that tomato juice was available; the coffee was excellent. I missed the lack of fried eggs, and the sausage and cheese selection was limited.
