The building looks nice and comfy, with two very cozy and quiet rooms plus a handy little lounge at the entrance, all just a few meters from Piazza di Spagna; a taxi stop is right under the gate.

“Consiglio per soggiorni brevi.”

The location is great, but there was no welcome at all—after we arrived we had to call a girl on the phone for directions. We’d also asked beforehand to leave our luggage after check‑out, yet no one was there and we had to pay someone at Termini. The room was somewhat clean but the lights were almost nonexistent; at night it was nearly dark.

“Helpful staff & great location, but basic, tired rooms that need a lot of TLC.”

The entry instructions were sent in plenty of time before arriving at the hotel and were made really easy to understand with an instructional video. I had requested an iron and one had been left in the room for us which was really helpful. The rooms are in a really great location with lots of lovely shops, restaurants and sights right on your doorstep. It was also really handy for the metro and airport transport etc. The rooms were not as pictured on the booking site and were very basic, run down, and in need of an upgrade and a lot of TLC. The bed was uncomfortable, the wooden furniture in the room was bashed and had big visible chunks missing and the drawers struggled to open. There was a lack of power points and electricity would trip if we had the iron on as well as the phone charger. Staff had been helpful and left an iron in the room, but there was no ironing board. The room could have also benefited from a big set of drawers or similar additional storage for clothes/belongings. We stayed for 3 nights and on 2 of the mornings were woken up at 7.40am with extremely loud drilling work going on somewhere else in the building that would continue on from then throughout the morning

The place was comfy, central, and well kept, but I arrived late at night and the fridge had no water bottle as a welcome.
