Located 2 blocks from Chacras de Coria's historic main square, the hotel offers 24-hour front desk, currency exchange, free parking, and car rental services. Mendoza's bus station and airport are 12 km and 20 km away, respectively.

The room was very spacious, with a comfortable mattress, pillows, and bedding, but room 11 was noisy because of the café below.

The hotel is centrally located and relatively new. I praised the reception staff for their attentiveness and good attitude, and noted that you can pay in installments if you wish. I also highlighted the restaurant staff who also cleaned the rooms. The rooms are well climate‑controlled and the shower water is good. The dining area is outside the main building and you have to walk through the courtyard where the pool is, which is impractical in winter or when it rains. They still require you to leave your room key at the front desk when you leave, which feels insecure given the hotel’s history; it’s a 4‑star hotel in the 21st century worrying about lost keys, and the front desk said it could be charged extra if the key is lost, which is not practical and breeds distrust. The bathroom was the weakest point: in our standard room there was no toilet brush, the trash bin was filthy and stained, and the sink water pressure was very low.
