The bed was excellent and the location was perfect; the room was very spacious. Some towels were half‑dirty, and the worst part was that the safe was already locked when we arrived, so we couldn't use it.

The location was good. The room was too small; I asked for my luggage to be left, but they didn’t even reply after three hours.

The location was good. The noise was annoying.

I checked in early and the staff helped me. The air conditioning was broken, I could clearly hear the external door opening and closing as well as people walking down the stairs, and because there were no blackout curtains the room never got completely dark at night.
