The spot was right next to where we had our meetings, but the whole place was awful. Not a single thing looked clean—my shoe stuck to the floor because it was so sticky. The room and bathroom were filthy, the floors were grimy, and everything was a mess. When I went downstairs to complain, the young lady at the desk just said “yeah I know, I’m sorry.”

The room didn’t match what I expected: the flooring was outdated and dirty, hallway noise was loud when people walked, and the bathroom clearly needed a deep clean. They really need to tidy up.

The location was convenient for our event, but the facility was in complete disrepair. Checking in was a nightmare—no one was at the front desk for about 15 minutes. The door lock was broken so we couldn’t open our room, the shower was disgusting, and the curtains had holes. I was worried about touching surfaces or even walking on the floor because everything was so filthy. People ran up and down the hall and you could hear every step from the room above us. We stayed only 2 ½ hours and left, packed up our stuff, and went straight to the event without returning for the night.

They told me I didn’t have a room and that I could get a refund, which was a huge waste of time and money. The staff lied about refunding me and I still haven’t received anything.
