Each air‑conditioned room features individual décor, tea/coffee facilities, an LCD TV, and free WiFi. The property offers private airport transfers, is a 3‑minute walk to Via Cavour, and a 2‑stop metro to the Colosseum.

I appreciate that this is a family‑owned place; they made me feel very comfortable as a solo traveler upon arrival and even left face masks, slippers, and earplugs in the room for extra comfort. I couldn’t extend my stay, though.

The location near Rome’s Central station is great, the host was very helpful and pleasant, and it’s about a 15‑minute walk to the Colosseum with plenty of restaurants on the main street—though it feels a bit dodgy during the day, it comes alive at night like most of Europe. It’s clean but basic, suitable for a short stay; we stayed two nights and wanted to be close to the train for easy travel.
