“Great hotel stay”

We appreciated the service, how each staff member treated us, the room, the central location, and the breakfast—no complaints at all, a truly great experience. The extra bed was too soft and caused shoulder and neck pain, and the windows weren't clean, though the view was otherwise great.

Everything was very professional and clean, the receptionist and all the staff worked hard to please guests. I go there every year and have nothing to complain about; everything is excellent and perfect. Thank you, Rose Rayhan and the staff, for the hospitality. Convenient, beautiful hotel in the best part of Dubai, close to everything. The rooms are gorgeous, so I love everything about it.

“Great value for money, Location and staff friendly”

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, doing everything possible for us. The facilities matched the description, stayed clean, and were available whenever we needed them. The location was ideal for visiting the World Trade Centre exhibition hall, just two train stops away, taking about 10 minutes.
