Convenient spot, tidy, efficient, tasty food at the restaurant, but the coffee was lacking.

The front desk was a let‑down – the blonde receptionist seemed disinterested and gave curt answers, which left a sour first impression.

The place was spot on – the staff were welcoming, the location right by the train station was convenient, and the room was spacious and comfy. The only hiccup was having to leave my suitcase out in the hallway after checking out; a secure luggage room would have been nicer, as I felt a bit uneasy with it just by the door.
