Outside noise was loud, and on the floor above, the neighboring room’s toilet flushing was very noisy.

Since the hotel had just opened, the rooms were generally clean, but at check‑in there was a slight room odor that disappeared after opening the door a bit. The bathroom and toiletries were fresh and the towels were clean. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly. The location is convenient for the city center, close to Phan Xích Long and many nearby restaurants. The hotel still lacks a hot water tap—only cold water is available—and the minibar isn’t wired in.
