The staff were incompetent and disrespectful. The interior needs renovation and the wait to check in was outrageous.

Nothing worth mentioning. I was charged three times for the same room. They overbooked me and I had to find another place to stay.

The location was fine. The front desk manager was extremely rude and I had to pay to get fresh towels. I spent over $500 for a week and expected to swap used towels for fresh ones without an extra fee. The room had a kitchen with a stove, but no dishes, not even a cup or spoon.

Everything was great, especially the price. The bed was very soft; I’m used to a firmer mattress.
