“agreable sejour”
The room was comfortable and quiet, parking was available, and the restaurant next to the room was simple but good.
“Déçu de la propreté dans la salle”
There were no clean tables for breakfast, so I had to move trays to another table and clean the table myself with the towels—never seen that at other Campanile hotels. Really disappointed.
“OUF!!! Ça a bien changé Campanile .”
The site is quiet and the room clean, but the front‑desk service was cold and far below what I’d experienced at Campanile before. The food is very plain and the service somewhat unpleasant (to say it politely, the remarks were deliberately unsympathetic). I’ll be more cautious and wary of this hotel group in the future. Disappointed!
The parking was fine, but with a paid 3‑day reservation I couldn’t access the room from the second day onward. The towels weren’t changed, the room wasn’t cleaned, the toilet bowl was full of limescale, and the sheets were stained.
The dinner was far too basic; the plates weren't presented well, just meat and fries with no veggies, and the starter, grated carrots, cost 8,50 euros!
