The location was great, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly—especially Ms. Lilly. Everything was fine.

The spot was convenient, just a 10‑minute walk to the center, and driving in with parking was a breeze, which was a relief after a long trip; the breakfast was superb, with generous portions, top‑quality food, and very courteous staff.

The place had a good location and parking, but there was only one staff member who never seemed to get us even though I speak Bulgarian; the rooms felt old, scratched, rusty, and the mattresses were horribly hard, like wooden boards—my grandma used to sleep on a better bed back in the village; for that price it’s definitely not worth it.

The room was perfect, the receptionist was extremely polite and helpful, and parking was free.
