“Op de schoonmaak na een prima hotel dicht bij het centrum.”

We stayed from Thursday to Sunday, and the room never got cleaned. The first time we asked for towels and toilet paper, they were handed over. The second time we still found the room dirty and raised the complaint at the end of the day; the staff claimed a new external company had taken over and wanted to hide that. We hung a green label on the door. They apologized and finally gave us a drink from the manager, but you pay for three nights plus cleaning and that never happened.

The place is central but in a quiet spot. The bed was comfortable, the facilities were good, everything fit. A plus was that we had to check out only at 12 pm, which suited us.

“Gewoon goed voor 1 nacht”

It’s centrally located near a nice shopping street and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was extensive, perfect for a layover on a trip to Austria. There’s parking under the hotel, but it’s paid for 😩. The directions to the parking garage and the extra fee felt like a service issue.
