B&B Palombini

“Accoglienza piacevole, ma la struttura aveva pessimi odori e l acqua della doccia era fredda.”

The central location and the welcome. The shower only produced cold water, no hot water; moreover, as soon as you step into the building you feel a terrible stench that is a mix of mold and cooking.

I arrived and found at least a bottle of water in a fridge that could chill a bit more, and a little extra cleaning would help.

Close to the metro, but the hallway light was broken, the bathroom had already-used toiletries, and a street‑level window let passersby in.

The room was tidy, but the AC filter was dirty, the fridge was noisy and didn’t cool well.

“Friendly staff, but the room was poorly maintained and did not match the advertised photos or amenities.”

The person who greeted us was very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout; check‑in was smooth and his positive attitude was appreciated. However, the room didn’t match the listing photos: sheets, curtains, and furnishings looked older and more worn than expected, the AC was broken making it unbearably hot, some lights flickered and made odd noises, and the towels had an unpleasant smell, raising cleanliness concerns. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and didn’t deliver the advertised quality.
