“The reception staff are good the cleaners are so old to clean, the restaurant and the equipment so .”

The staff were the only thing I liked, but the hygiene was appalling: the toilet still looked dirty from the previous guest, the floor was covered in hair and grime, the window wouldn't close, and the breakfast dishes and coffee mugs were all dirty. Everyone was eager to use the toilet again. I already complained and had to change rooms twice.

“Würden nie wieder dorthin gehen”

I didn't find anything good. The staff were unfriendly, the rooms were dirty, and the only thing that was okay was the breakfast. When I pointed out the dirty condition of the room, the staff dismissed me and said it was a normal room. The surroundings were extremely noisy.

No hot water

I spent two nights without hot water, filed five complaints, and nothing changed. The mattress was bad and there were insects.
