The staff were friendly, the location is good, and the pet treatment was personalized! The breakfast was very simple—tasty, but could have had more variety without going overboard.

The staff, especially Chico and Carol, were really helpful. Breakfast was solid, and the apartment comes with a heater, which is a nice bonus. Just a heads‑up: maybe put a sign so people outside the units keep the noise down late at night.

The location is great, with a nice city view, an ipê tree, and a cozy fireplace. The bed and sheets, however, left a bit to be desired.
