The staff were very friendly, and there were no problems at all.

The staff were phenomenal and the hotel’s location is great, right near the Monumental area and Galata; daily cleaning was very good and the breakfast buffet was fine. The rooms, however, need a renovation or furniture repair and a fresh coat of paint, though they were very clean.
