The staff were pretty good, but at first we were put in a room with a strange odor; after we asked for a change, they switched rooms and it was fine.

From reception to breakfast the staff were 5‑star! The breakfast cook was always attentive and smiling, and the waiters were super attentive. The room cleaning was more or less acceptable; the sheets and towels were fine, dust was present… they always left cobwebs in the corners. The rude way they spoke at breakfast on the first day, two rooms listed on the sheet that actually included breakfast but they wouldn’t let us in and tried to force us to pay, I ended up going to reception and it was resolved right away. During check‑out they accused us of stealing towels from the room and demanded money for it, which was awful! I asked if they wanted to see our luggage and they said no, everything was fine… I feel they try to accuse you of theft just to make money. The location isn’t far on foot but it’s in a completely abandoned area with a totally ruined path. My room door had a handle problem; it didn’t stop the door from functioning but it didn’t lock well (after reporting the issue it continued).

Parking was available. The room was not very clean, and the bathroom and shower were defective.

The staff were good. The hotel is old and poorly structured.
