“Tarrareoch mobile home was excellent and we would happily stay again.”
The mobile home was much larger than expected—more like a cottage than a caravan—featuring two bedrooms (one with an en‑suite loo) and a full bathroom that had both a bath and a shower. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge was comfy, and the nearby farm buildings were beautiful. A few parts were a bit tired, the bathroom fan didn’t work (the whirlpool bath was also non‑functional, which was an unexpected extra), and having four TV remote controls was confusing, lol. None of that took away from the overall positive vibe of the place.
The host was wonderful and the stay met expectations, though one of the mattresses sagged.
“Very comfy”
The property had its own entrance, a living room separate from the sleeping areas, and nothing else to note.
The hosts were very friendly.
“Eenvoudig, maar prima als tussenstop.”
There was no breakfast at this location (Bed without breakfast), which was fine for us. The former farm (?) in a residential area was simple, but adequate as a stopover on our way to Edinburgh Airport. We slept well.
