Air conditioning cools the room, which also includes a desk, a wardrobe or closet, and a socket conveniently placed near the bed. Entertainment is provided by a flat‑screen TV with streaming services, pay‑per‑view and cable channels, while free Wi‑Fi keeps you connected. The Standard Triple Room sleeps three guests and features a private bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, free toiletries, towels and linen (extra‑fee towels/sheets are available).

“Bien ubicados pero sin internet”
The staff were very friendly and courteous, but the room had a TV that never worked, and they promised to fix it without ever doing so; there was no internet in the room, and they also said they would repair it but never did.

The assigned room had no internet; I asked for help but the data signal was difficult to get, so I couldn't work or attend meetings and had to do them in the lounge. Also, construction was happening and from 6 am I could hear hammering, which kept me from resting.
“FALSAS EXPECTATIVAS”
The air conditioning works well. The room is very small, the bathroom is too tiny and uncomfortable, there’s no TV or Wi‑Fi, and the noise level is high. When I arrived, the receptionist was very rude, and the platform’s advertising was misleading.
The only attraction is the nearby tourist spots. The place itself is ugly, no water, and the staff can’t solve problems—they want you to move to a back room for your needs. They’re still improving the facilities, so the constant noise from workers is annoying. The cleaning and food staff are very kind, but overall the service is bad and the price is high for what you get.
