The place was functional, in a great location, and cozy.

The toilet facilities were awful. Using the toilet and bathroom was only allowed at certain times of day – the guest was told to use the mobile toilet only at night and to get a full bathroom elsewhere – and we had to get water from somewhere else because the storage ran out. None of that was mentioned in the ad or before I confirmed the booking, which is what you expect from a paid private service. I wouldn’t have booked if I knew this, because my guest was coming from the UK and I wanted her to have a good experience, not deal with discomfort.

The location and proximity to the service house were good, but the ventilation needs to be improved.
