The property sits in a prime spot for exploring the Collio area, surrounded by silence and nature, just a stone’s throw from Slovenia. Breakfast was outstanding, homemade with both sweet and savory options. The family of vintners who run the place is kind and helpful for a chat or any need. You can dine there from Friday to Sunday, with home‑style cooking, great wine, and honest prices. We had a relaxing stay and felt very comfortable; the only drawback was the large bathroom’s poor lighting. The room was spotless. We definitely recommend staying here!

Breakfast was excellent, all homemade and produced on site. The setting is quiet and peaceful on a hilltop area of Plesivo, close to the Slovenian border, with a lovely view of the vineyards. The family of vintners who manage the place are friendly and helpful. Dining is possible from Friday to Sunday, with home‑style cooking and superb wine.

This review deserves every word: everything was perfect. The courtesy and hospitality made our weekend even more enjoyable. The apartment had everything needed, was comfortable, spacious, and clean. The property is surrounded by greenery, among the Collio vineyards, in a strategic spot for exploring the area. We also dined there and were truly satisfied: the dishes were excellent, the ingredients high‑quality, and the selection well‑curated. The wine was outstanding; we loved it so much we decided to buy a few bottles to take home. It’s a place where you feel genuinely welcomed. We’ll gladly return.
