Clean, modern room. Good size bathroom. Pretty central location. The soundproofing was severely lacking, you could hear every step that was taken on the hallway and we had the misfortune of fellow guests that would constantly talk in the hallway and slam doors. And when a door was slammed, ours shook too. The room was so small that the only place we could open our large suitcase was in front of the door, blocking the access. No hand towel was provided, only one large towel per guest. No available shampoo, shower gel or hair dryer. Some bouts of very low water pressure, maybe the system only handles one shower at a time. The room only had one small frosted window which made it claustrophobic in the day, but in the morning the lack of curtains was definitely felt. Due to the light and the very noisy guests, we ended up waking up at 7am sharp. Wifi didn't reach us. Hard to find location and only two on-site parking spots. We could park on the street so that was fine

Fast reply, quick check‑in, low price, spacious room with a pleasant interior, and the ability to leave on your own, but there was no hot water, no hair dryer, no shampoo, no kettle, the towel was quite small and worn, the bathroom mat was a bit dirty, and we could constantly hear noises from neighboring rooms and the corridor.

The price is decent, everything is convenient and clean, and I never saw the owner, but everything in the corridor is audible and the sound insulation is poor.

Nice décor and cleanliness, but in the bathroom the shower area wasn’t separated from the rest of the space, so water ran onto the toilet and sink even after a short shower. I’ve never stayed at a place where there isn’t at least one glass for each person; the bathroom always has as many glasses as there are occupants, and the room has the same number for drinking. No lights were working on the hallway, and the window looked out onto a back yard that seemed to be a rough construction site supported from the outside. If the view is ugly, don’t choose such a cheap solution.
