The shower head didn't work, the electricity was out all night and into the morning (not necessarily a fault of the hotel itself).

The staff were helpful, but there was no lift.

The location was great, but the bathroom had stale grime, the TV didn't work, and the mattress was hard.

It’s a convenient stop if you’re on the road—there’s a cool market outside and a really nice banh mi spot around the corner. No one was there for 50 minutes after I arrived and they didn’t answer my messages; when someone finally came it was an older man who didn’t speak English and ended up “choooing” me around, which wasn’t a pleasant experience. The receptionist who arrived later didn’t speak English either but seemed nice. The room was okay but not very clean, yet I wasn’t grossed out, and the bed was comfortable enough to sleep in, though it was very noisy.
