Breakfast was simple but good. Staff were courteous, rooms were a bit dated but overall acceptable.

The staff were attentive and offered us options to cool the room before sleeping. The air conditioner shuts off when the room is closed; in a place like Cancún the heat builds up while you’re away, so it didn’t feel comfortable. I understand the ECO‑hotel stance, but there are other ways to save energy without compromising guest comfort.

The facility was very pretty, rooms were spacious and clean, staff were helpful, but rooms were not well insulated from noise of the floors above and below.
