“Well appointed and well equipped, neat hotel with good price in a good area supported by great staff”

The room and bed were excellent, the hotel was quiet and breakfast very good, pool well cared for, staff very knowledgeable and keen to assist—professional and communicative. Special mention Ms Truong, helpful and knowledgeable concierge.

“Right in the center of the old quarter.”

The lobby A/C was blasting, but staff fluent in English and my broken Vietnamese let us wait in the lobby until check‑in. Thin doors meant we could hear everything from the room next door and they could hear us.

The location and staff were good, but the breakfast was lacking.

Location was good. The room was dirty, the shower weak, and there was no bathtub.
