I had an outstanding stay at Gravity Hotel & Aqua Park Hurghada—everything was perfect, from the beautiful facilities and delicious food to the friendly, professional staff; a special thanks to Mr. Saleh, Customer Relations Manager, whose exceptional hospitality made our vacation truly unforgettable, as he constantly checked on us to ensure every detail was perfect and made us feel genuinely valued and cared for; highly recommended, and we can’t wait to return.

Almost everything was perfect, but the beach is rocky.

The hotel is really nice and clean, quiet, with friendly staff, good food, and a person named Saleh who is very pleasant and helpful, respectful, and makes you feel comfortable. The food was good but there weren’t many options.
