The establishment is like Gabriele, its owner: sober, clean, without luxuries, very well decorated, with everything necessary to satisfy the guest. The breakfast is excellent, complete, with homemade products made by his mother. The location is very good; even in high season it is very easy to go to other points of interest outside Avola, and it is also steps from the centre. You can park freely in front of the establishment. Gabriele’s attention has been perfect. Very kind. He responds quickly, sends the exact locations of each site of interest that one requires. Congratulations!!! I had no discomfort. The pillows were a bit hard, but for another person it could be the opposite. Therefore the owner cannot cover all expectations. This detail is really not relevant. I respond because they ask me and give my real opinion.

Gabriele is always available to answer questions and is very accommodating. The breakfast is buffet style and very good. It is very easy to park in front. The accommodation is clean. The bathroom is very large.

I really liked the hospitality and the kindness of the host. Gabriele was truly punctual and precise. The breakfast was good and Gabriele had particular attention to hot drinks, which were exquisite. The cleaning was good, although not impeccable. With two small children we would have needed an elevator, or perhaps to be placed in a room on a lower floor, maybe the first floor or ground floor. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell, we avoided it by keeping the door closed and the window open.

Room is comfortable and cool, the bed is very comfortable and cleanliness excellent. In the street there is always car parking even in August. Excellent breakfast with fresh local products. Homemade sweets and a worldwide yogurt!
