Breakfast and the room were outstanding, and the staff were very humble and kind. Everything was very good.

I’m writing to share how disappointed I was with my recent stay at the Hotel One branch in Faisalabad. For a hotel with such a big name, the basic facilities were completely missing: 1. There were no hangers in the room. 2. No bath scrub and no body lotion in the bathroom. 3. Towels were dirty and looked used. 4. Furniture was extremely old and worn‑out, as if it were 50 years old. 5. There were many mosquitoes in the room, making it impossible to sleep. 6. The bed sheet was filthy and extremely old, it seemed like it had not been changed for the last five years. If such basic amenities are not provided, then charging a premium price in the name of a famous brand is not justified. A local guest house that charges Rs. 3000 per night provides a better place to sleep than this. Please take immediate action to improve your cleanliness and facilities.

The hotel was pretty standard with standard rooms, but overall it felt somewhat run‑down and could use a few upgrades; better mattresses, fresh bedsheets, and new towels would help a lot. The lobby and corridors also felt a bit dated and in need of a refresh.

“overall amazing”

The breakfast was tasty and fresh, but I felt the menu lacked variety. The bed, however, was uncomfortable.

“It was a comfortable stay . But hotel rooms need renovation”

It has two sets of lifts, which was a good point. The rooms are old and need renovation.
