“Albleist and dishonest”

The location was fine. A guy cancelled this reservation because the requests were too difficult, so I’m surprised I’m getting this survey at all (if possible near each other and on the bottom floor). It was not handicap‑friendly, no bottom‑floor rooms were available, and there was no elevator. The guy at the counter made it hard when I asked for a receipt at check‑out and didn’t honor the price you quoted me. He acted like he really didn’t want to work there. Two rooms, one of which had to keep resetting the fuse in the bathroom to avoid showering in the dark.

A friendly guy at the front desk, the place was quiet and very accommodating, so I'd come back again. The room's location was a bit off, but it was still fine.

The breakfast was good, but the bed creaked whenever I shifted positions, the beds were too small for two people, the shower and toilet were too tiny to bathe properly or use comfortably, they charged me $30 a night for my dog even though it wasn't mentioned in the listing, and the room was never cleaned.

Everything was clean, the service was nice, and overall it was great, but the beds were terrible—no sleep at all because they were obviously old.
