The room size was okay, and the play area and grill spot were great. Booking breakfast and having it delivered worked out well and was plenty. Unfortunately, there was no bed rail for kids, and the fireplace produced a very strong smoke.

The garden, free parking, comfortable bed, and playground for kids were all positives. During booking, it wasn’t clear which exact room you’d get, and this was our third stay here but the worst in terms of standards – room 10 was a disaster. If you like to sleep longer, forget it: the morning will wake you up with people making breakfast. In the afternoon the room fills with the smell of grilled steaks, and at night it’s hard to sleep because the ceiling creaks so loudly that when someone upstairs gets up, you’re woken up with them.

It was a very successful stay: the room was clean, cozy, and exactly as described and pictured. The bed was comfortable and the balcony offered a nice view of the garden, close to the sea and the city center. The only downside was the weak TV signal, with occasional interference on some channels.

Parking on the premises, a fridge in the room, and air‑conditioning in the attic room :)
