“No running water and poor communication”

The location was beautiful, but there was no running water for showers and the staff communication was poor, which was very uncomfortable.

The restaurant offered a good view, and we saw plenty of turtles. The food was average, the room was average, and it took at least 10 minutes for the hot water to get even slightly hot.

The hotel’s main advantage is that it faces the turtle gathering point, so you can swim with turtles daily. The staff—Fejri, Ira, Chindra, Jelin, Silvi, Bahrein, Nita—are always attentive. The breakfast was fine, but with this level of service, I would expect better options like pancakes or croissants; otherwise everything is fine.

“Excellent séjour malgré l’absence d’eau chaude”

The location is nicely away from the party spots, turtles are visible on the beach at the hotel’s base, and the ocean view and sunrise from the room are great. The restaurant staff were very friendly, but we never received hot water even after requesting repairs.
