The accommodation was welcoming in a charming spot overlooking Gubbio, just steps from the historic funicular and next to the Basilica of Sant’Ubaldo. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Nothing that wasn’t liked.

The location above Gubbio, the welcome from the lady, and the breakfast were positives; there was no air conditioning.

The kindness of Mrs. Mariateresa and the quiet of the place were positives; the lack of a shuttle after 7 pm and only a minimal snack service with toast or sandwiches were negatives.
