The hotel garden is beautiful. The reception staff were not welcoming, the towel was torn, there were stains and dirt on the blanket, hot water in the bathroom was weak, the electricity kept cutting out, and many other negatives.

I liked the hotel’s cleanliness, the staff’s cooperation, the beautiful view, the clean restaurant, and the great meals. What I don’t like is that the services and location shown on Booking don’t match the actual location.

The food was excellent; the chef personally visited and tailored dishes to our preferences. The reception team was professional, and Mr. Pranoy took care of us personally.

“Two nights at era by stride”

The staff were very helpful and assisted us with planning our excursions. The rooms were a decent size and clean, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided. The hotel was located down a long, rural, bumpy road, making the tuktuk/car ride uncomfortable. Insects were loud during the day and night.
