The decor feels a bit out of place, and if you don’t speak Japanese, checking in can be a hassle.
“A Hotel with Poor Service and Unpleasant Conditions”
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a disaster from the start. There was no staff at the front desk, and when we tried to call, no one answered. We were left waiting for 10 minutes before giving up. The room order tablet was also a problem, as it showed the previous guest's order history and wouldn't let us order anything for free. We had to call the front desk to place our order, which was frustrating.
“A Love Hotel with Some Unusual Features”
The hotel's location was convenient for exploring Yokohama, but we found it was essential to have a car to get around. The hotel was largely self-service, which was both a blessing and a curse. Our room was decent, with good amenities, but the bathroom was tiny. The main issue, however, was that the rooms didn't lock when we left, and we didn't receive a key. This wouldn't have been a problem for a short stay, but it would be a major issue for a longer visit. We also encountered some.
“Disappointing Experience at a Themed Hotel in Japan”
I was initially impressed by the hotel's theme, which was well-executed throughout the property. The rooms were spacious and came equipped with a smart TV, a vending machine, and other amenities. However, the check-in process was a nightmare, with no clear direction provided either online or upon arrival. The lobby was overcrowded and confusing, and there was no one available to guide us.
“A Great Stay with Early Check-in”
I was pleasantly surprised when they agreed to let me check in at 4 pm, which is a welcome change from the usual 7 pm check-in time at leisure hotels. I found the room to be spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was also quite good. Overall, I had a great experience.
