“A bit overpriced for what you get”

The location was decent, rooms were simple and functional, and the staff were friendly. However, they mistakenly gave our room to another couple! I can’t understand how a four‑star hotel can make this mistake—checking in another couple and assigning them a room that’s already in use! We had left our valuables there, and we only discovered the error by chance. Thankfully nothing serious happened. The room was expensive for what you get, and the coffee at breakfast was undrinkable.

The room is set up functionally and has everything you need. Perhaps there’s a better way to store two suitcases.

“Mmmmm, locatie goed, maar geen herhaling”

The location was good, but we had booked for a wedding that was supposed to start at 14.45, so we arrived at the hotel at 14.00. We had two rooms and were charged €15 per hour per room if we wanted to check in before 15.00, which felt unwelcoming. We checked in at 01.00 and found the room stinking so badly it was unusable. We were moved to another room, so that was fixed, but the overall impression of the hotel was not great. We won’t return.

“Prima hotel voor kort verblijf”

The room was excellent, with coffee and tea facilities and a small fridge, great beds, and a nice shower in the bathroom. Reception was welcoming, the restaurant served good food at a reasonable price, and the staff were friendly. Free parking was available on a spacious lot.

Had to pay again for breakfast, even though it was clear in the reservation that I had already paid for it
