The staff seemed to just slap “band‑aids” on broken items; our toilet leaked from the base on day two and didn’t flush properly. I told the hotel, but nothing was done urgently. When we came back that evening, a towel that looked moldy was on the bathroom floor beside the toilet, and the leak persisted. I’m glad we left the next day. At checkout I complained again, but the employee offered no apology or concern. I will never stay here again.
