The spot was cool, all amenities were present, and Karen was charming, though I felt it was a bit lacking in cleanliness, but I understand that being so deep in the countryside it’s hard.

The cave is beautiful, fully equipped, and in a lovely setting; Karen’s friendliness and generosity are worth noting.

“Aanrader ! Cuevas de La Luz”

The sunshine on the terrace in the morning was lovely for winter, and it was nice that heating was on upon arrival; it was a pity the hot tub wasn’t available—there was no note that it was only in season when booking online, and the signage could be better, e.g., indicating which driveway leads to house no… of Cuevas de la Luz would be helpful.

Host Karen was super charming and very kind, the scenery was excellent, and the cave was unbeatable; it was only one night, but we left wanting more.

The cave house is decorated with exquisite taste, in a nazarí style. It has a terrace with great views and a chillout area, a barbecue and a jacuzzi, although the weather was not on our side. The town and the surrounding area are great for sightseeing and hiking. The entire accommodation was very comfortable and Karen was very pleasant and attentive. She even took the time to give us a rose and chocolates for Valentine's Day. It made us feel very welcome and we were very comfortable. Since we love the area, we will definitely come back.
