I checked out on 23rd August instead of 24th August, but I never received a receipt or a refund. I asked for a room with a window and got none, which made me feel claustrophobic as a senior citizen. The rooms also lacked ventilation.

The location was good and parking was easy, but my room floors were dusty and the bathroom had a noticeable smell.

The staff showed great hospitality and there were plenty of handy trays for placing things, but the TV wasn’t a network set and the toilet paper holder was placed a bit inconveniently.

When I checked in that day the room water heater wasn’t working and I tried to call customer service but got no answer. In the end I booked another hotel.
