I had higher expectations; using the jacuzzi depends on staff availability to turn it on, I think for that cost you could get a better hotel.

“Al margen de la habitación, el resto todo bien”

Facilities, jacuzzi, pool, and breakfast. When we arrived, we had a reservation for a room, but they told us there was no reservation and it was almost full, and gave us a much lower room at the same price as the original reservation. That seemed very bad to me.

The staff were very friendly and moderate, and the location was exceptional, but the pool area seemed a bit behind on maintenance, with some finishes showing wear such as a detached rebar.

Everything was great, the staff were friendly and the service excellent, but there was no fan in the room, not even a small plug‑in fan, so the room became very hot at night even with the balcony door open and curtains shut.
