No coffee was available at the hotel market store, and I was told I couldn’t get or purchase a cup of coffee in the restaurant because I am not a member – awful.

It felt like a five‑star hotel: clean, accessible, and the staff were friendly.

The bed was beyond comfort, and the worker who greets you when you come off the elevator—Good Morning Superstars!—is great. Love it! The valet fee and early check‑in fee are a downside.

The place was clean and there was an amazing man, possibly a doorman, who was so positive! I booked a room with a king bed and water view, but was downgraded and definitely did not get a water view.
