The hygiene was excellent, but the customer service could be better.

The host always responds quickly to any issues that come up during the stay; as a frequent guest, my time at Trinity has always been extremely good! The only downside is the noisy kids, but since the unit sits in a residential area, that’s probably unavoidable.
