Celebrating our 28th anniversary here was enjoyable, but the lack of an elevator meant I had to use crutches to climb the steep stairs to the 4th floor.

The service was spectacular, always attentive to our needs, and everything ran smoothly; however, the internet speed and connection quality could have been better, with several networks available but occasional interruptions that required switching between them.
