This B&B is in a great spot for walking to Unipol Arena and close to Bologna’s center; Filippo and his wife were very kind and welcoming. The B&B is very quiet, the room has everything you need, and there’s a free mini‑bar with water and snacks. Everything is very clean and the value for money is good. Recommended!

“Ottimo per percorrere la "Via dei Brentatori"”

The room was comfortable and warm, the beds were cozy, the bathroom was large and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Nothing to report.

The owners are very helpful, kind and welcoming. The house is immaculate and very close to the bus stop to Bologna and surrounding areas. On holiday days the buses are infrequent, but that isn’t the owners’ fault.

Free parking is attached to the property, all services are nearby and a bus stop is 10 m away. The owners were very kind and discreet, causing no noise during my stay. The room is well sound‑proofed and welcoming. A surprise: it’s super clean. I wanted to mention it in the negative section, but that wouldn’t be right because it was listed in the description, so I’ll say it here: a TV would have been nice! Still, for the price the quality of the offer is fine.
