Location. The cleaning was poorly done.

I liked the location, but the building felt old and neglected, with broken bathroom fixtures, poor lighting, and stinky pillows that made the room smell bad; I had to leave the window open. The breakfast was subpar, and no one offered any special assistance. They told me I would be charged extra, yet I never saw the minibar.
