The prices for services—superette, laundromat, burgers—are affordable, the staff are courteous, the infinity pool offers a view, and the place is clean (except the beach). The comfort is good. However, foreign tourists pay more than Koreans. To get up to 40 % off you need a subscription SIM card (not the tourist one), so the pool becomes very expensive. Also, with a depth of 1.2 m we were forced to rent a life jacket because our daughter is only 1.42 m tall, which is incomprehensible for Europeans. The beach view is ruined by a lot of litter on both beaches; it’s really very, very disappointing. The site is beautiful but there’s no investment to keep the beaches tidy. In short, the access is closed.
The air was fresh, it was quiet, the view was great, and the river was amazing!!! The breakfast—or was it brunch?—took far too long; the food was decent but everyone seemed to finish their breakfast quickly.
“Nice facilities but be prepared to be charged for every thing outside of your room”
The location and facilities are nice, but my expectation of how resorts work in the USA was off. Outside the rooms, every facility usage is an extra separate charge and nothing is tied to the “resort rooms” concept. Food delivery in the room only works for Korean residents, which was very inconvenient for foreigners. They also charge for extra pillows and enforce a 1‑to‑1 pillow ratio.
